Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Seven Circle Ventures collects through Club500, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
What we collect
- Membership details: name, email address, mobile number, district, member number, and your club preferences (size, palette, style and surprise level).
- Delivery details: address, landmark and PIN code, which you give when you apply.
- Orders and payments: your Drops, amounts, payment status and payment references.
- Usage: pages visited and key steps such as applying for membership, tied to a random session identifier, to understand and improve the site.
Why we use it
- To create and run your membership, and to give you your private member card link.
- To process, deliver and support your orders.
- To send service messages about your membership, shipments and orders — on WhatsApp, from Club500's business number.
- To keep the service secure and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
What other members see
Your member card is private. It opens only through the secure link we send you, and shows your name, member number, district and club profile. Publicly, Club500 shows only member numbers and district counts — never your name, email, phone number or address.
Who we share it with
- Supabase: database hosting.
- Delivery partners: your name, phone number and address, to deliver shipments.
- WhatsApp (Meta): your mobile number and the content of messages we send you there.
- Authorities, where required by law.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies and no advertising cookies:
club500_founder: keeps you signed in (30 days).club500_sid: a random session identifier for usage analytics.
How long we keep it
We keep membership data while your membership is active. Order and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise the rest.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you. Email helloclub500@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and access to member data is restricted server-side. There are no member passwords: your card opens only through a signed private link, so please keep it to yourself. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you and the authorities of a breach as the law requires.
Changes
We will post updates here and change the date at the top. Material changes will be notified to members by email.
