Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in India to become a member.

• Anyone who meets these terms can apply. You apply for the district you live in.
• Each district holds at most 500 active members. You become an active member — and receive your member number — when your first payment is confirmed and your district has a place. Until then your application stays pending. Payments open soon — we'll message you on WhatsApp to complete your membership.
• Your member number is permanent and personal to you, and cannot be transferred or sold. Members #001–#100 are the Founding Members; members from #101 onward are Early Members.
• You are responsible for keeping your contact and delivery details accurate, and for access to the email address on your membership.
• We may suspend or end a membership that is used fraudulently, abusively, or in breach of these terms.

• There are three Club500 Drops a year — February · June · October — the same for every member. Each Drop contains 3 premium mystery boxers. You can join anytime; your first Drop is the next one. The brand is not disclosed before you open it.
• Each Drop is charged at your membership rate — Early Members ₹600 per Drop, Founding Members ₹500 per Drop — plus GST at 5% of the membership amount and delivery, calculated at checkout. The amount in your payment request is the amount charged.
• Your membership rate is locked when you join and does not change while your membership is active.
• Payment for each Drop is requested on WhatsApp before it is dispatched, and a Drop is dispatched only once its payment is received. There is no cash on delivery.
• If you don't pay for a Drop before it is dispatched and haven't asked to skip it, that Drop is missed. After 2 missed Drops in a row, your membership becomes inactive and your place returns to your district.
• If your district already has 500 active members when you complete your application, your membership is not activated and nothing is charged. Your application is saved and we'll message you if a place opens.
• Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy; cancellations, skips and refunds by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to access other members’ accounts or data, interfere with the service, scrape it, or submit false information. Your member card is private: it opens only through the secure link we send you.

The Club500 name, marks, designs, imagery and site content belong to Seven Circle Ventures. You may not reuse them without written permission.

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a Drop is limited to the amount you paid for that Drop. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed; material changes will be sent to members on WhatsApp.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
