Shipping Policy

Everywhere in India — every city, every pincode our courier partners serve.

• Three Club500 Drops a year — February · June · October — each with 3 premium mystery boxers, dispatched on the same date for every member. Join anytime: your first box comes with the next Drop.
• We request payment on WhatsApp before each Drop is dispatched. Your Drop is dispatched once its payment is received.
• Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your pincode.

Delivery is calculated at checkout and shown in your payment request before you pay. There is no cash on delivery.

Your member card shows your next Drop. For delivery updates on a dispatched Drop, WhatsApp us with your member number.

You confirm your delivery address when you join — please check it and your pincode. To change it before a Drop is dispatched, WhatsApp us. If a Drop is returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery. If your Drop hasn't arrived within the timeline above, WhatsApp us with your order number.
